1. You will need to know the address of the facility where your loved one resides and of course that person's full name.
2. You can browse our online store using the links below 'Products' in the left menu bar. After you click on one of the product categories, you'll see a complete list of all products that are available in that category. If you'd like to browse a different group of products, just click on another category.
3. While you're browsing the store, if you see something that interests you, click on the product picture for a larger image and more details. To add a product to your shopping cart, enter a quantity and click 'Add to Cart.' Notice that your shopping cart is updated in the right menu bar to reflect all the products you've added and their total cost.
4. If at any time you'd like to review what exactly is in your shopping cart, you can click on 'Shopping Cart' in the top right corner of the screen. Doing this will open up your cart and enable you to remove items or change quantities of items that are in the cart. Just click 'Keep Shopping' to go back to the online store.
5. Once you're finished shopping, you can complete your purchase by clicking the 'Continue' button in the top right of the screen. After you click 'Continue' you'll have the opportunity to verify your order, and then be asked for payment information. Enter all the information that is required, click 'Place Order' and your care pack will be on its way!
